HI everyone ,

I think this is my last form of crying for help as doctors don't seem to see that there is something wrong .

All the problems started 6 years ago when I had root canal treatment and it all went wrong . The material pushed through my sinus and it made me feel ill for months. I had tooth removed eventually as it was causing all sort of problems . I had my lip paralised ( numbness ) and I couldn't see properly...when mention this to dentist he said it's all in my head! !!! what the duck !! .. as the years went by it all started settling down a little .

My sinuses started playing up not long after ..I had pressure in my face , tingling sensation in my face and bridge of the nose ...blocked nose and constant infections.

From one doctor to another the diagnosis were -alergic reaction ( well done genius!! ) when it started getting worse I had CT scan which showed...wait for it... nothing!! (this was over a year ago) . To add to my symptoms it this itching in my gums that there is nothing I can do about ..tingling in my face unberable. Oh to make it even more interesting about 3 months ago I had my first episode of vertigo ... It started from my ears feeling full and I was extremaly tired ... imbalance and ear problems along with feeling sick , made me go to the doctors all over again .They really don't know what cauaes it ..my ears are a luttle dull and that's it for now.. well they helpled me a little by prescribing antydizziness drug... I still get dizzy now and then ..it's been 3 months nearly and still haven't heard anything about my ENT appointment .

...I get panic attacs when the dizziness starts and can't stop thinking that all the feeling come back. I stopped going out being scared of getting dizzy .

My ears still feel clogged , full like feeling , sometimes like there is a water in the where is not .

I am 30 years old. I lived feeling like this for years it's only getting worse .. I only leave my house for work .nod ..I go out only if my partner is with me ..this is absolutely insane ..!!

I do know if there was some damage to my facial nerves done long time ago and it maybe is the cause to all of this.. if there is nothing wrong with my sinuses... why does my face feel so sore ? Why do I feel the pressure ?..why do I get headaches and clogged ears !!! ???

I's there any other specialist I should see? ( not a psychiatrist , I am definitely mentaly stable I am also not a hypochondriac, I don't like going to doctors, in fact I'm terryfied of them.. I don't know what to do anymore !!!

I'm extremaly stressed with it and it only make's me feel worse !!

I don't know if my experience will help you at all.

A long time ago ,years,I had a dental problem with a crown for one of my front teeth.A few days later my nose started to tingle.I was fortunate,within 3 days I had a ct scan which showed nothing.The symptoms increased with odd sensitivities in my face ,eyes mouth etc.I was referred to a neurologist.It was in the days when there weren't very many MRI scanners.The consultant was brilliant .Thankfully I didn't have a tumour on my Trigeminal nerve but was diagnosed with Trigeminal neuralgia.Oh boy,was it painful. Pain appeared in loads of places but my teeth were the worst,agony at times.I was very sensitive to hot and cold too.Sadly the drug given to help gave me hallucinations.I just had to grin and bear it.I couldn't eat fruit with the exception of bland bananas.The best bit.It has gradually settled and although I have some numbness un my lips it no longer worries me.

There is a little more for me.Many years later I have an acoustic neuroma in the opposite ear.I have had treatment for that but that's another story.It has left me almost totally deaf in that ear

I hope this gives you hope that things will chage for the better. I was very lucky that my dentist listened in the first place.

You can See a maxiallary surgein who specializes in TMD.  Then if nothing try a nuerologist. Ents arent very helpful unless it is very obvious.

I truely think its real whatever happened to you. Theres a ton of nerves and muscles in that area.i do send you an air hug. Hoepfully over time it will somehow resolve itself  doctors arent the be it and end all.  They like common easy things and to get paid. I cant stand when drs mess up then act all dumb after..its evil.  So sorry and i hope you heal up at some point,

Hi mags so I have severe case of otitis exterma I am dizzy shaky off balance cant think nausea blackout out vertigomy eyes r way blurry. So anyway I spend up my appointment I go on 11 aug. I called my insurance to make sure they recieved my referral to the ent and asked them who in my neighborhood accepts my insurance. I got a list over the phone and called them myself made my own appointment. I go to physical therepy again found my own doctor. So 'm trying to hurry up and wait for my appointment. I am way out of sorts and hate it it.Iam 3 years clean of alcohol and this is by far the worst hangover. Sometimes we have to do our homework cause the doctors r only after the money
