ok so back on the glucosamine sulphate and finally the pains in my jaw is disappearing but ears are ringing horribly - is this anxiety or real, Im wondering if im actually starting to lose my mind with all these things going wrong. Three years next month since my surgery and still no let up, when oh when will I feel better - or is this it ? if it is im not gonna cope knowing this is forever.
Awww Lou Im sorry you have this now. You are not losing your mind and this will not be forever. Just keep telling yourself it is hormones settling down. Praying for you always. Take care!
Hi becky and thanks for reply. Im really seriously starting to think theres more going on , these symptoms are excruciating they really are. Had blood tests a month ago results ' as expected ' whatever that means. Have you felt like this with these relentless symptoms ? If so please can you tell me what symptoms you had. Thanks xx
I've had the same symptoms. I thought I was going crazy to. I go see a ob Dr next week. Hopefully I can share some info with you. Look on this forum 66 symptoms that can happen. I had 46 of them. I all makes sense now. Pray you get through. I'm praying I get through too.

Hi Lou
I feel for you. I've had burning mouth syndrome for the last 4 months, just started to ease. I've had and still got jaw problems, my jaw tingles and burns and I can't rest it anywhere. Neurologist said it is paraesthesia. I've got ringing in my ears constantly. I think people think you are fine when they see you. It's such a battle. I'm trying to accept peri. The anxiety is a lot better and my mood is a lot better though. Probably due to hrt . I suppose hrt can't help everything. What was your jaw pain like?
Hi Lou, about your jaw, do you clench or grind your teeth?
Lou, I took Ginko Biloba and it worked to stop the ringing of the ears called tinnitus. My gyne suggested it based on several of her other female patients taking it saying it helped them.
Hi Lou my right side necl and jaw are always tight. I also get the strange heavy, dizzy head feeling. I teally do think that this is all peri hormone related but if you are really worried make an appointment to see your doctor to put your mind at ease. This is tough for sure!
Thank you and I will keep you posted.
Thank you and I will keep you posted.
Yes I get very dizzy too particularly in the mornings . I don't like my doctor very much he's very sarcastic and smug - our lady doctor is only there once a week for four hours and whenever I ring to make an appointment to see her she's booked up - I went to A and E a couple of months ago I felt so bad, chest pains and nausea, was kept in overnight - they found nothing, chest X-rays , blood tests all put down to anxiety. It's no wonder all this makes us anxious, all these rotten things happening are bound to send anxiety sky high it's hard not too xx
hi Michelle, oh poor you that's horrible - really horrible. The jaw pain is a deep burning heaviness that goes into my neck and tingles into my face and cheeck, almost feeling like the bone is on fire - im pretty sure it's arthritis . Im sure the bone along the jawline feels sharper , also I get a horrid crunchy noise in my head when I eat - this comes and goes but when it's bad it makes me panic and I feel scared. The ringing in the ear is more on the left side - this also raises my anxiety I get ear pain too at times which is a searing stabbing feeling - it's all so depressing. I have to say the glucosamine does help the jaw pain but it makes me feel sick. Can't win 😨x
Hi Colleen - no I don't grind my teeth , wish I did it would explain it more ! X
thank you that's interesting , I'll do some research - if it helps others it's worth a go. Thanks x
Hi Lou. If the glucosamine makes you feel sickly, have you tried rosehip. I have read it can help arthritis sufferers.
Hi Maisie, thank you for that - I'll look into it. X
Oh my everything you are saying about your jaw is what I feel. I've got the tingling cheeks and heavy jaw. My jaw can't rest anywhere,it just feels horrible x
Hi Lou make an appointment with the female doctor even 8f it is a month out, just to ease your mind. Your right all of these dang symptoms....no wonder we have anxiety. They say it gets better, fingers crossed that it does
Have a great day!
Lou, tell that doctor where to go, and find a new one. Some of them are irrogant and feel they above everyone. Tell him where to stick it and move on
