I don’t really know how to explain it, but I’ve noticed that I’ve been cramping easily. For example, today I was sitting in my seat in class, and I leaned down to grab something off of the ground, and my arm kinda went backwards and then I got a really painful cramp in my shoulder. And then just a few minutes ago, I was using the restroom.. this is really gross I’m sorry.. and I was pushing, and then my right side right underneath my breast cramped up for a second. Could this be anxiety??? I’m only 15, I’ve had my heart checked, head checked, and I’ve had multiple blood tests done... all which have came back normal. I do twitch quite a bit, but I think that started after taking buspar, which I stopped right away. Anyway, could my cramping be from anxiety???
I experienced something a bit similar when I was experiencing anxiety (although could be many factors at play) - just remember that our bodies do weird stuff we’re not even aware of - like killing bad bacteria, passing gas through various tubes, and digesting food. When you feel yourself go for the worst possible idea, try to think of 4 more logical alternatives that could fit (I.e. is it my time of the month? Could I be impacted by what I ate recently? Are my friends sick and perhaps my body is defending itself against that?)
