Eating habits

Really beating myself up struggling majorly again mentally and hate the way I look I want to lose weight and feel like starving myself and engaging in lots of exercise. Don't want to trigger anyone just how I feel

Yes...  I feel like that too!!  Would love to lose a few pounds right now..  Even 10 pounds would be great and should be simple to do but it's not..  Only if you are disciplined.   Good luck!!!

I do understand it's very difficult to control.. you cannot do this alone

There are 3 things you can do..

1. Your environment plays very important role. You need to find a group that engage all sorts of activities & exercise. Make friends with them.

2. Get your best friend to help you out in losing weight

3. Hire a gym trainer

Try these 3 things... and see the result!
