Does anyone have any advice for going out for a meal? What kind of food should you order?
I usually go for grilled chicken. Salads veg, sauce on the side just try stay away from oil and grease. I alway order water as I feel otherwise drinks are just wasted calories and bumps up my daily allowance and quite easily too
hi Zoe1985 i have just been either swapping chips for salads, no dressings though, or always go for tomato based sauces, not creamy sauces.
