I have SVT, but lately I was experiencing lots of ectopics. Yesterday I had one again, where I felt that my heart skipped beats, and while that was happening (4-5 seconds) I felt my head hurt and like I was having shortness of breath. When it went back to normal the symptoms stopped, and when I stood up to measure my bp my legs were a bit shaky (maybe from the fright). BP and pulse was normal. Is it common to have these symptoms with ectopics?
It could be the anxiety caused by what you were feeling. I get PVC’s all the time but usually don’t get those symptoms. Sometimes if I get a really hard beat after the pause I feel a rush to my head, but thats about it.
