In October last year I received unprotected oral sex. Around 4 days after this i experienced an itching sensation all over my Glans and an irritated urethra opening. Being cautious I've had two lots of full STD tests which have all returned negative. But the odd sensation still remains, some days its barely noticeable and other days it can be very uncomfortable. My glans is very dry which is not usually the case and the nurse at the GUM clinic commented that this could be Eczema. Since mid December i have been using E45 and washing with warm water only with no improved results. Yesterday i tried coconut oil to take the dryness away and its now flared up as per my images. Has anyone else ever experienced this?
Btw, no discharge or burning sensation when urinating.

looks similar to what i have, any update on your symptoms/diagnosis?
Have you tested for herpes? I know these are not typical symptoms would check for herpes as it can have very random symptoms. I have had burning urethra for 6 months now especially after drinking alcohol, coffee or fizzy drinks.

That is what I thought when it happened to me. Herpes has a wide range of symptoms outside regular ulcers.
No real update, I’ve had further tests which were all negative again. I’m thinking either a form of EBV from the other parties saliva or HPV.

i have to say that i dont see how it resembles hpv or herpes… it looks more like lichen to me…
