Egg whites

I'm a lover of eggs but realising the yokes are naughty i thought i'd give an egg white omelette a chance! A total disaster, used a none stick pan, lightly whipped 2 egg whites added salt and pepper fresh herbs popped in the pan but it welded well and truely. What did I do wrong?

think you should of sprayed the pan with some low cal spray

non stick pans if washed need re oiling

I'll scared of using oil and it having 'effects'

like suza suggested low fat spray, i tried it some time ago and it worked alright but not as nice as a 'normal' ommelette

low fat spray is about 0.4g fat per 4 sprays roughly, i use it when i do anything fried
