Hi everyone, I am only 45 but have erectile dysfunction issue. I am taking Cialis 20MG. It works 70% of the time. When it works penis can get erection but i would say it is not rock hard like before. It becomes less sensitive too even when penis is erect. So during masturbation , oral sex or penetrative sex, i dont feel "high", As a result, i have not been able to reach ejaculation for a long time. Did a tesosterone test, results were normal. Any advice on getting ejaculation would be welcome !!
I was in a very similar place to yourself. All men get less sensitive as we get older.
I decided to prioratise partner sex. I cut out porn and masturbation. It was quite difficult to do but helped a lot with achieving ejaculation and more enjoyable partner sex
