'Electrical jolt' pains with anxiety?

I've been experiencing weird pains because of my anxiety: muscle tightness, neck pains, shoulder pains, pelvic pains, stabbing sharp pains in random places at random times, etc.

But recently I've been experiencing very odd electrical jolts. It's only happened around 3 times to me, all in my right arm. It's like someone shot me with 2000 volts that go up my arm very quickly. I'm so scared to move my finger in case it happens again as I find it very stressful, I start convincing myself that I'm dying...

Has anyone experienced something similar with anxiety?

For your fears Vicky try Mindfulness Relaxation Technique that may help your body relax.

Jerking body movements generally appear and happen when we are in bed as we go to sleep

Your pains are possibly caused by anxiety, or are growing pains, that can continue well into our twenties.

If you are stressed the neck and muscle tightness can also be a Anxiety symptom

It would seem obvious  you will need support and understand your body sensations, your GP will check you over and also try and put your mind at rest.

Most people get these sharp pains and joints will get electric shock so do not worry

BOB

I agree with Bob. I started having panic attacks after I started having chest pains and I noticed my neck hurts and clavicles and all kinds of random pains I didn't pay attention to before but now I seem to have all the time.
