Elevated ALT levels, Should I be concerned?

Hello, I am suffering from IBD and I'm on 30mg of prednisone and just for routine checkup I have decided to get some bloodwork and ultrasound done

ultrasound reveleaed that everything was fine(including liver)

I'm not experiencing any liver-related symptoms, however my blood work was:

57 for ALT(41 is the top norm)

15,1 for AST(37 is the norm)

GGT 22,

T.Bil 12,3

d.bil 3.0

I eat greassy/fat food quite often and day before that I had pasta with bacon and other sauces.

I consume greasy/fat food almost everyday and I'm also a powerlifter(though I haven't trained for at least a month now)

Is this something alarming? What is the next course of action I should do? Thank you.

Well if your ultra sound came back good than there is a really good chance your liver is good. But you should still watch what you eat.

Thanks for replying but I heard some serious liver diseases are asymptomatic

I used to be a smoker(Haven't smoken for 3 years now) and I drink from time to time (few beers every three-four months)

Is it possible to have cirrhosis or something similar due to such ALT levels?

If it was chirrosis the ultrasound wouldve shown scarring on your liver
