Hi, I live in Tanzania, a mother has recently given birth to twins and the mother started foaming at the mouth. She is now in ICU in a local hospital.. Dr's are at a loss as to what could be causing this. Please please please if you have any idea what it could be please let us know. PS> Children seem fine.
