Hello, I will give you a brief description of my husband s problem. Forty years ago had a car accident small bowel perforated so had lots of adhesions. Always seemed have a low grade dull ache for years after that. Anyway, 2 years ago had gallbladder removal. They tried keyhole surgery but found to many adhesions in the way so had open surgery. Two days was taken back into surgery to tidy up the bowels as there was a kink in them . Now he still has the low grade ache but has episodes of griping pains . The griping can last about a week and then he can be ok for a few weeks. This latest one happened after bending over crushing abdomen whilst playing with our grandson. It really is tiring him out . He has had all blood works done twice and undergone scans etc but they have found nothing and more or less said it was his adhesions and they won't go back in as it will make it even worse. Anyone else suffered with this type of problem.
