No itching, or pain at all. The bump almost resembles a blood blister, but its not hardened at all, and seems to be sitting on top of a vein. Is this something anyone else has experienced or should I be concerned?
I think this is simply the natural way things have developed on your penis. You would need to see a Urologist for options on what you can do with this, such as minor surgery
