I'm done ! Bad day you may say but for me every day is a bad day, I give up, no fight left, don't want sympathy, bored of it, getting help and on meds, not helping, just done. Needed to rant sorry
What exactly you are depressed about ? My wife's is health, years ago she had a breakdown so nobody can tell her about depression it was horrendous ,
even now after years she can wake in the morning and feels she does not want to do anything or go anywhere or even get up, but she is very strong and always gets up to make a cup of tea.

May I ask what health condition your wife suffers from to cause her depression?
Don't be sorry, you needed to let off steam. At least you can on here. Glad you're getting help and I hope the meds do help eventually, if not, you need to get them changed. It's a long old journey you're on, but one day you may see some light at the end of the tunnel.
