Enterococcus faecalis in my semen. What is this and how have I acquired it?

I have received the analyzes of the semen culture. It appears positive for: enterococcus faecalis How could this have come to my semen? I have never practiced or received anal sex. I'm worried about what this can be

I can only think of , when you wiped yourself after your BM you were sloppy and some feces contaminated your penis head so later your semen mixed with feces matter , I know it’s far fetched but can you expect those germ to be inside your testicles ? I don’t think so

But this infection is common? and what could this affect me? because I had never heard any of this. I performed urine cultures, blood tests, an exudate of the pharynx and everything went negative. However, the culture of semen has come out positive for this. I’m worried about how this may have gotten there and if I could pass it on to my partner. Although I never ejaculate inside.
