Erect penis angle problem

Hello
I am 21 yo male and i have a problem with penis while erect.
I cant push it down more than 90° from the body( |_ ). If i try to push more it doesnt go and i have the feeling that it will broke.
Because of that some positions are immposible to do. Is this normal?
