Unfortunately there is no such thing as an effective 'home' remedy because there may be an underlying health condition that requires attention.
The only thing you could try is a good diet, keep the weight off and lots of exercise, but that is not guaranteed to cure the problem.
If your partner wishes to address this problem correctly then the matter should be referred to a doctor.

But smyls how on earth do you know he is sufferening from "low sperm count" starting from about 5 months?
If he suffers from "quick erection" do you mean that he ejaculates too quickly when you make love? If he merely gets his erection quickly most people would regard that as a pretty good thing!

he his my fiance, and never notice such when ever we make love, just got to notice about 5months ago, he ejaculate so quick during foreplay, even before sex, and get tired after he ejaculate. but he always try to gain his erection back which would have already put me off my mood
