Just a quick one

Sent in esa50 with evidence lots and also sent in lt54 report saying why dm came to the decision

Pointed out that everything is the same and gave evidence I sent in ECT to clarify this based on the evidence via mental health team and relating to all the descriptors that I fit into so nothing has changed blah blah blah I know it's up to new dm new claim ECT but the facts of lt54 are still the same !!! Could it be a paper based assessment or ftf due to sending in loads of evidence

Not 100%, but thanks for asking!

I really have no idea to be honest. All i can say is expect another face 2 face assessment, that way if they do send you an appointment you won't be too surprised. Time scales to all of this, i have no idea of that either. It all depends on backlog in your area but it could be 3 months and up.
