If I was on was on esa wrag for a year then after my assessment I was found for for work would I still be paid the enhanced wrag amount whilst waiting for my tribunal ?
No because you were found fit for work, so you'd be on assessment rate. If the Tribunal decison goes in your favour you'll be backdated the money that's owed.
