My blood test ESR level is high 45 mm/hr, WBC count is 13050 . Already HLA B27 is positive,so what kind of problem i am face and how can recover

The presence of HLA-B27 is associated with autoimmune disorders like some types of arthritis,spondylitis and uveitis.Your ESR and WBC already shows that there is inflammation present.Do you experience joint pain ,stiffness in your spine, neck, or chest ?
