This morning I had a hemorrhoid thrombose it was very disheartening. I just want to enjoy this weekend without pain. So I applied an ice pack, popped an ibuprofen, took a hot Epsom salt bath, then laid on the bed depressed because it still hurt. So thought I'd give something new a try. I bought this contraption in March for skin care (Face Massager for Women Ultrasonic Infuser Radio Frequency Skin Tightening Lifting Machine ... thats the description on Amazon) it has a hot and cold setting. I applied a little coconut oil to the area & I used it on my hemorrhoids on the heat/massage setting for about 20 minutes waited an hour then did it for another 15 minutes and they shrank!!!! I am so relieved something actually worked I couldn't believe it! I have taken it easy but have been able to do some light activity without pain. I've tried all the home treatments a person can try over the last 20 years. As I'm sure you all have. I had to share this
