Hi all, I am 47 yo and experiencing the hormonal roller coaster. I decided to start taking evening primrose oil . Within 2 weeks of taking it I started having PMS symptoms from hell. My main symptom is sensitive breast and feeling overall bloated. I stopped taking them 2 days ago and should start my period any day hopefully resetting my hormones. Has anyone had an adverse reaction to EPO?
Yes me too! i had to stop taking it, it made my breasts so sore and heavy, they went up at least a cup size, i had a feeling the EPO was causing it and when i stopped taking them things improved.
