also my left breast is in more pain the day after my period? ive had a mammogram and a biopsy so nothing scary x
Yep! Up until maybe last year most of my symptoms happened before and at beginning of period, i was always great after it, well not great but it was the one week i felt almost human BUT it seems to have switched and now im good up until my period ends and then bam! It gets worse up till ovulation and then slowly calms back down, if that makes sense. Its like my hormones or estrogen shifted. I have many symptoms that come and go but for the last five months i started having vertigo for a day or two and ALWAYS 2-3 days before ovulation. absolutely terrifying.
