Hi ladies off lately i have been dizzy,low energy and cannot sleep. Its 14 days before my period my discharge is thick an light yellow. I noticed each time its this way i have these signs . Please if any one can give some advice . And yes am very emotional.
Hi Wendy…i find that when my stomach troubles begin, then the discharge (sounds same as yours) is close behind. Next comes really low energy, palps, and crying jags.
Finally i will have a flow…maybe 1 day, maybe 2
Them i start the stupid count all.over.again.
