Hi ladies off lately i have been dizzy,low energy and cannot sleep. Its 14 days before my period my discharge is thick an light yellow. I noticed each time its this way i have these signs . Please if any one can give some advice . And yes am very emotional.
im only on day 7 of cycle and all if a sudden i feel dizzy very emotional angry anxious hyper tired dont know if its the estrogen or what just feel like im coming out of skin i wasbfine yesterday ughh ! its probably your ovulatuon thats doing it cause right after you ovulate your estrogen drops i wish i knee what my issue is it makes me crazy
