i had my period on time about 2 weeks ago and like 3-4 days ago when i started ovulating i started bleeding again. and since its started its just gotten heavier. i tried start my birth control but that didnt help. also wanted to noted yesterday it was basically uncontrollable and there was big blood clots. can someone give me any insight of whats going?
Hi, I have the similar problem with you. My period was always regular until almost a year since I had my daughter. I noticed plenty changes in my body. I started gaining weight, started having hair loss and my period became irregular. I ignored all the symptoms until I moved here in Europe when recently (a month ago) I started having a very unusual heavy and prolonged bleeding that lasted more than a week. It scared me and my husband so we went to a Gynecologist. I was diagnosed of having PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) He prescribed me Methergine to be administered through injections plus a Birth Control Pill that was supposed to regularized my period. The bleeding stopped and I thought it was for good but this month, I started bleeding heavily with big clots again (for 13 days already) My husband and I are planning to go again for a check up this week but with a different OB Gyne this time. I suggest you do the same. You will never know what is wrong until you have yourself checked. My prayers goes to you and to the other ladies who’s suffering with the same thing.
