HI Everyone
wondering if anyone else gets sore/uncomfortable in the perenium area closer to the anus. I get sore and itchy there and it sometimes makes it painful to walk. I like to exercise and hike
/bike so it is really bothersome. After going for a long hike yesterday I felt quire swollen. Does this happen to anyone
I used to have burning every time I urinated, but since starting treatment it's better. Have you tried coating that area with Aquafor ointment? I think that may help
Yeah I do, I seem to get it at night time, and early in the morning, but when I have a shower in the morning and wash with dermol 500 it seems to relieve the symptoms abit
There was a discussion a few months back about split bicycle seats. They take the pressure off the vulva. Sweat is our enemy, too. Try using corn or tapioca starch as a dusting powder.
Yes this is my main problem area, I get very sore at times and when I do I use the Dermovate but I try to keep it moisturised when I don't have a sore. I also have a couple of small piles which can be quite painful, sometimes I don't know which to treat! And it does get very uncomfortable walkingw. Actually except for this and losing labia I don't seem to be as bad as some of you. I have been taking pro biotics for a few weeks and dare I say have not had a sore for a while.
Hi there, I have been experiencing severe burning, soreness, itching and blistering of the vulval area alongside with tearing. I have been on clobestrol propinate, a steriod cream given by my g.p, but have found this makes the skin elastic and easy to tear. I would very much recommend the alovera gel in its purest form and with regards to itching go to your g.p and get Fluconazole 200mg. Although this medication is a anti-fungal medication, this will truly help you with itching. hope this helps
Yes, yeast and LS seem to go hand-in hand.
This happens to me. I am a runner and I problems with this. I immediately walk in the door and start stripping down. The faster I get out of my sweaty clothes and into a shower or bath, the better. I try to take a bath after a long run and it seems to make things feel better. What a pain in the rear to deal with?!?! Keep doing what you love!!!!! I am determined to keep running with this disease.
