exercises in low mood

as i posted several times on this site, after taking setraline for 1 and half month, nearly 2 months, my mood turned to low.to cope with depression, besides taking medication, we always received advise from many articles we read or what we listen that exercise are the most important to cope with it.it is possible for me to perform exercise routinely although i'm in low mood, i mean force myself to do exercise?thanks so much.

if you force yourself to do just a little then you will get into a routine of doing it and add a bit more over time,no 1 says its going to be an easy ride ,but depression its self is no joyfull time,just be strong and keep fighting the fight

how if we still can't find the suitable medicine, can exercise the most effective way to slove this problem.
