Good morning lovlies

I have had LS diagnosed about 6 months now, and during the day Im ok,, but every night and morning, Im waking with what feels like a film on my labia, and i can actually scrape it off with my nails and it feel s heavy and nasty and errrggghh. I use clob and coconut oil cider vinegar after peeing.

Any clues??

Hi,  Try changing one oof your treatments. Maybe your coconut oil and cider vinegar are reacting with one another.

Yeah, it sounds like those two things create scum. There aren't too many worse things you can do to LS-affected vulva than scraping with your fingernails!

Hi Ribi, did your doctor instruct you to apply Clob after peeing? My doctor told me to apply it before going to bed and when I asked if I should reapply if I go pee shortly after she said no.
