Please I need your help!
These days I've been suffering from extreme strong health anxiety, stress and fear! It took almost all days long and I overthing too much! I constantly think about having serious disease and now I feel like I'm going crazy!
I feel like my mind is exhausted from overthinking! I can do nothing! I can't concentrate, relax or sleep! My tought and anxiety are with me all the time! Even when I'm watching TV or reading!
I feel very weird emotions that I can't regonise! I feel like I lost control, like I got crazy!!! And I also have very weird and stupid thoughts that I can's stop and control!
Moreover my body makes weird symptoms like constantly stomach thickling and reality seems skewed and I had derealisation! I think I'm loosing my mind!
Moreover Can your mind caus you weird symptoms, tricks or illusions to you when it is overstressed and overanxious.

Yes! Unfortunately anxiety has many forms. It causes the weirdest of symptoms. Are you on any medication and have you seen a doctor yet? Anxiety is very exhausting and almost never ending. You are not alone. Take care

Anxiety creates and makes worse symptoms which cause worse anxiety and that causes more worse symptoms.
Also derealization is a common issue with chronic anxiety .
Try meditation to refocus your mind ...

I have managed meeting with therapist... I also used some weak drugs to calm down, but it doesn't help to relieve my mind...actually I'm not a huge fan of pills...
All the time I talk to myself that I won't let anxiety ruins my life, but when it hits, I feel like I lost the fight...especially when weird symptoms appear which make my health anxiety and overthinking much worse...
Have you considered doing mindfulness mediation exercises once a day? It takes practise but I'm told it can be very helpful if done regularly. You can find guided mindfulness meditation videos on youtube, or try the headspace app.
I feel your pain also. My physical symptoms are so bazar... like for instance my head feels numb most of the time... with like a movement that goes across.. like someone is massaging my head... and it fallows with a severe thunderstorm headache. I’m drained everyday by my thoughts and obsessions.
Yes,anxiety is the best worse ever,but we need to be strong!
