I have been suffering what the docs think is nerve pain in my arms,chest back and neck also my jaw i was originally taking amitriptyline but swapped to pregabalin as i felt amitriptyline wasnt working but iv been taking pregabalin for 7 weeks now with no benefits so im thinking of switching back to amitriptyline because i dont think i gave the amitriptyline a fair trial i dont think i was on it long enough or give enough time to find the right dose. Would like to know peoples thoughts on this.
After 3 surgeries on my foot in the last 2 years I am still experiencing pain. Went to Dr 3 weeks ago and he ordered a bone scan. Last week, back to Dr and he tells me no broken bones. Thinks it is a nerve. Was told he could surgically remove the affected nerve(s) which would make parts of my foot numb, or I could just learn to live with the pain. Great, huh?
Wow what great options you have NOT. well i cross my fingers for you that whatever you decide to do helps you although after 3 surgeries already im sure your pretty sceptical.
Exactly, I've very skeptical of anyone who wants to operate on that foot again. I keep on keeping on. Don't know what else to do! Thank you for crossing your fingers.
