Hi to all! I am very happy because I have finally found a web site which can truly offer relevant information on health issues. Namely, I have been struggling with weight loss and gain for a longer period. I can't seem to find a proper diet for me...So far, none was successful. I have recently heard of keto diet, and it seems promising. Does anybody have experience with this type of diet, and if so, what is the best way to implement it in daily routine?
Hi Jason wooow that's amazing. I can't wait to see my results. I have a question for you: how do you measure your macros? Do you use some online calculator or you do it yourself? I've found this. Do you guys have some experience with stuff like that? I hope it will make the entire process much easier.
