Hey, I’m 1 7 and hadn’t really checked my private parts until recently and… found this. I feel incredibly ashamed and confused, does anyone know what this could be?

I don’t have any vulva pain but I do have horrible cramps.
I’m a bit scared to go to the gynaecologist, so if anyone has any clue what this could be I’d be very very thankful if you could let me know!! image
this is normal, mught be slightly white cos u may have thrush
