what you are feeling is extremely common with panic and anxiety. When breathing gets out of control during anxiety, you can definitely feel out of breath and panicked. The key is to get some control over your breathing so that you can calm down and find some peace. When I feel panicked, I go right to a very short support on YouTube that works every time! Search for something called stop panic attacks now and then scroll down to one called don’t panic. It’s in black bold letters. Get comfortable and listen to it. She will guide you through your breathlessness and panic and you will feel relief. The key to reducing anxiety and all those crazy symptoms is proper breathing.
you are going through some stressful times regarding Covid and your boyfriend. It’s normal to feel the way you do. Millions of people feel breathlessness with anxiety and stress. You are definitely not alone . weakness, dizziness, panic, it’s all very normal. The thing is when you overthink it and panic about the actual anxiety, your symptoms are going to get worse. So it’s very important to relax your mind anyway you can. Listen to that meditation. Listen to other relaxing meditations for anxiety on YouTube. There are hundreds of them. I listen to this every night to get to sleep. take a nice warm relaxing bath, take a walk outside in nature, practice the breathing exercises you learned online, don’t overthink. Take care of yourself!
