It started when I was 20years old or after I underwent a major operation. I did not know what it was called back then. I am 28yo now, and it has been a week that i am suffering from these symptoms: pounding/racing heart, feeling choked, nauseaous, dizziness, etc. One major reason that I discovered why I am feeling this way is when someone is trying to express their feelings for me. The reason I do not have a boyfriend is because that is what I fear about. I am tired. I want to be happy. But just everytime I saw the person who likes me I get anxiety attacks. It may sound funny to some people, but this is serious to me.
Hi Manet,
Is the operation the trigger to your anxiety?
It is never fun when others speak for us. They are your feelings and no one can take those away from you.
Have you ever heard Tony Robbins? He has a documentry out here in the states. He really helped me think differnently. I hope you can watch ittoo!
Hello dee,
I am not certain that it is because of the operation, I just noticed it all started after that. I cannot even go out on a date because it scares me, and I do not even know what I am afraid of. I am yet to see a Psychiatrist because I cannot take all these anymore. It affects my work, my lifestyle, and just about everything.
I haven't heard about Tony Robbins, but I will look him up. Thank you.
I have a dear friend who works on a committe for mental health. She's shown me evidence that mental illness is a physical illness that manifests itself in the brain. Example: I had major mental disturbances for most of my life, come to find out I have celiacs. The longer I am on this GF diet, the better I feel.
Tony Robbins is said to be an American Guru of sorts. He has a docu out and he talks about his life and how he changed it. He is really amazing. I find him to be inspiring and when I feel I can't go on, I listen to him. Best medicine I ever had.
