Today I started to develop a burning sensation in my lower abdomen which caused me to have the urge to frequently pee and have a bowel movement. After I peed and had a bowel movement it burned really bad and still burns after I go. It’s like an intense internal burning sensation in my penis and rectum. I basically feel really hot on the inside but I have no fever. This has happened to me before, it usually goes away eventually but comes back weeks or months later. I have had constipation prior to this, could this be a bowel problem or a prostate issue such as an infection? It’s been about an hour and a half and my symptoms are still present, anyone have any suggestions? I could definitely use advice.
Ask for a urine test to see if you have a UTI first of all.

Hello Henry...If you have generalized heat problem while you pee or pass stool what i think is not just one system thing...If I share my experience then before I got diagnosed with IBS, I hd feeling of feeling feverish, I felt that my body is hot but when i check my temperature with thermometer, it usually shows normal temperature...well I didn't have burning sensations while peeing or passing the stool...as series of tests done and I was diagnosed with IBS, but they couldn't treat this problem in particular....Then I decided to go to naturopath (Ayurvedic doctor in particular). with my amazement she could explain each and every symptoms to me...I was prescribed some medication and I am fine and symptoms didn't come after that...
I can't say in your case what that particular thing is, But you should take care of your body's PH..Try to keep it at slightly alkaline level...You can always find videos or articles on that, what to eat what not to eat etc.....and i think a naturopath visit might help you
Ask for an abdominal ultrasound. If nothing shows on that, ask for a stool test and colonoscopy to find out why your rectum is burning. Maybe ask to see a urologist to find out why you are having frequent urges to urinate and why your penis is burning.
