I have had extreme discoloration on my lips for a while now. My top lip is a lot darker than my bottom lip and it spreads out below my lower lip and parts of my lower lip. I believe this happened due to a certain infection that affected me a while back, which looked real bad but seems to have healed. I used to smoke, but not anymore and there has been no change even though I have tried Cortizone, Sugar and Coconut Oil, and multiple other home remedies. Any help?
