Extreme fatigue in my shoulders and back while standing

Recently my tsh went from .34 to .01.   T-4 was 1.04.  Dr reduced Levothyroxine from .88 to .75.  In 2 weeks tsh went to .03, and T-4 was 1.04.

Has not helped the fatigue, especially when standing (washing dishes, etc).  It starts in my shoulders and radiates down my back.  I feel so fatigued that I have to sit.

Your TSH is way too low...  I would suggest you asking the doctor to reduce your medication even further.  Your TSH should be kept around 1.00 to feel your best..  It can take some time for the meds to get out of your system, so you'll just have to try to hang in there.  Try to stay well hydrated, perhaps that will help flush the medication out of your system a bit quicker.

This is just off the top of my head, may not be perfectly accurate but what is your T3? My doc always checks both and I supplement both, one on time release. My averages were perfect in the morning and one (t3 I believe) was crashing in the afternoon. The carryover of this is...You’ve gotta know if you’re converting to active T well.

Have you been checked for autoimmune markers?

What’s your serum ferritin?

Is your vit D in range(this impacts my energy too and is often low when thyroid is low)? Not certain but there could be a lot more to Check than what your doctor had been investigated so far. When we stay symptomatic you’ve gotta find someone curious and knowledgeable that’s willing to keep digging!
