Extreme folliculitis ?

Google is very sparse in folliculitis images especially for Black women. I haven't had a full STD/STI panel yet but have experienced these painful buggers since puberty. Will update once I have gone to the Dr.'s and receive the results

some of look like white heads so its more than likley folliculitis or some kind of skin problem

I think the most common std symptoms would be itching , redness and discharge. ( from my experience) those bumps look like folliculitis to me
