im only 20 years old and im fairly certain ive contracted an STD, I just dont know what. I had sex with someone new a few weeks ago, and took plan b the day after. about 2 days later I started feeling EXTREME itching on the vulva and clitoris. Obviously with extreme itching (and scratching if you have no self control) comes redness and swelling. I got my period a couple days after and everything pretty much stopped within those 5 days but the itching came back worse after and I could barely even sleep at night. theres no odor or abnormal discharge (matter of fact its way more dry than usual) but I have noticed some very tiny bumps. ive always had small bumps toward the inner vulva but these seemed a little more raised (possibly due to the dry skin and itching) and they dont look like fluid-filled sacs. burning while urinating only occurs sometimes but not every time. I dont feel sick or have swollen lymphnodes. the infection has gotten to the point where everything down there is bright red and even a little bit purple. im seeing my doctor tomorrow but i cant wait 2-3 more days after that to get my results. any sort of information or advice helps 
dont think its herpes. could be BV OR THRUSH. or any std but i def doesnt look like herpes.
