Extreme outbreak? Horrible Pain + Multiple Infections

hello,

I got claymidia and took antibiotics for it. I was still having itchy symptoms so I got retested and everything came back negative. Since 2 days ago, Ive been having extreme soreness, red inflammation, and then I just noticed what I thought was razor bumps but now they are spreading. When I pee I almost scream it is so bad, and im even having incontinence issues. I am in so much pain, have a fever, headache, and sometimes weakness and cant walk well due to vagina sting/pain. I have only had 3 partners recently, but none of them mentioned herpes but was unprotected.

today they diagnosied me with: bacterial vaginitis, yeast infection, and then we must wait a week for the HSV 2. Doctor didnt seem concerned that I have a cold sore in my mouth, nothing external on face. so I attached a picture of both cold sores as well.

basically, im curious if this looks like HSV2 as I want to know asap, or if anyone has similar extreme pain on first outbreak.

go and get swabbed and during this time if you touch uour vag wash your hands before you touch your mouth or other body parts

that doesnt look like herpes to me

those symptoms are very consistent with my herpes out breaks… get them swabbed asap!

during my outbreaks i will sometimes take AZO and tylenol. it helps a lot

How long did you wait to get tested for chlamydia the first time? also the second time?

Ive had yeast infection and BV together once before and it hurt like hell, I had to ice the area a few days.
