Hello, I first started with a rash that I thought was irritated because of wiping too hard with toilet paper in the next day a singular red bump formed and the rash went away then the next day it turned into a white ulcer looking thing and three more showed up. Three new bumps in a different area showed up. It’s very painful to the touch it’s not itchy it doesn’t burn to urinate but if the urine touches it it does burn or if I move the wrong way. It seems to be getting worse and worse. And was accompanied by a fever headache chills muscle aches lack of appetite . I had also the past days been very stressed. What does it look like to you, I need help ASAP. My partner developed what looks like razor bumps a week before this happened to me. But he’s had no experience of it before. I have no health insurance or the ability or money to get tested for anything so this is my only option
It looks like herpes outbreak to me!
Best way is getting swab and get test before the ulcer heal!
All of your symptoms are similar to herpes’s symptoms and the first outbreak is usually painful!
You might have contracted HSV and having a herpes outbreak, same as your partner. You should get tested and treated.
