I started getting pain about a month ago and I went to the dentist. My bottom wisdom teeth are coming through and I have 2 abcesses he gave me amoxillin I finished the course and the pain come back so he gave me metrondizole which I finished a few days ago, my face has now swollen up and I'm in unbelievable consta pain
Hi xsmilex89 by the sound of it it's not going to get any better, you should go to a&e as what you have been taking doesn't seem to be working for you! Keep me posted to what is beefing done for you hopefully you will get it sorted !! Xx
Hi pauline43123 I got in touch with the dentist this morning and they have booked me an emergency appointment for Thursday to have the tooth taken out. I thought the infection would have had to have gone down first though so we shall see but I explained everything on the phone and it didn't seem to be a problem, I'm glad I'm not going back to my original dentist I couldn't bare seeing him again
I had the tooth taken out on Wednesday at 2.30 and when the numbing wore off I've been in pain since it feels like the tooth is still there (it's not) unbearable pain like before I'm going back today. But I don't know what's going on
