Extremely dizziness from wake up morning feel like i am going to die. Visited doctor he said its weakness go for injection. After injection still feel dizzy and shortness of breath but i feel suddenly dizziness

I think u have a low blood pressure. I think u need a drip sweartat... Get better.
As in dizziness do you mean head rushes? Like when you get up it feels like you need to drop to the ground, and everything goes black? I've kind just gotten used to them. I feel it has to do with how i grow so much or how im weak. I feel the same way.
