For the last 12 months I've been passing very large heavy stools. Occasionally it blocks the toilet because of the size. This might sound amusing but it's very worrying. I've passed a bit of blood but the Dr put that down to piles & the strain of pushing the stools out. I've not had a loose one for a year bar the very occasionally case of the runs.
It seems to be getting a little better in the last few weeks in not blocking the toilet but why does this happen? Will it stop eventually. My diet is 8/10. Try to eat lots of fibre, fruit & veg but nothing changes. Not in pain but very worried.
I used to have these types of stool most of my life I presume it's quite normal from what I gather but I have just had a big change in my bowels due to something going on which from what I'm told is nothing to do with large stools if you look up on the Internet of stool consistency chart will show you that full stools are very normal you will see the different type of consistency to what they mean I used to from wat I gather have the odd tear due to it but was little blood of any
Perhaps a gastroenterologist can ease your mind
Thanks for the info. My stools are quite regular now. It's just the size & blocking the toilet that can be embarrassing.
No worries yea it can be I used to regularly have to push then through or break them up it can be bit imbarrasing I had a time I flushed toilet and walked away next person went in and saw it it was very embarrassing but what can ya do
They seem to be a bit more flushable in the last few weeks. Don't know why as I've not changed my diet or anything else. Modern toilets are hopeless nowadays. Trying to save water & money, the flushes are very weak. Go to my dad's old council house & he has a proper old fashiond loo. No problems getting rid of the evidence there!
