So i noticed a tiny bump a few weeks ago straight after some pretty rough sex. Thought it might be a pimple or lymphocele and tried to pop it. I ended up damaging the skin and it was all flat for a few weeks, now the dot is back.. kinda.. its only really noticable when ive just had a shower, masturbated or fiddle with it while freaking out.

During covid i became a bit of serial boredom masturbator and I have calloused hands from nurling on gym bars. I have torn skin in the past from being too vigorous.
Does it look like HPV? or i just need to lay off of masturbation for a while?

Spoke to my GP and got it checked out.
False alarm.. Bit of trauma from being too rough.
Just need to moisturise and be a bit more gentle
