I have numerous white dots on vagina. It feels rough to touch. And also there is blackening of skin on vagina. It is extremely itching. I never had sex and I don’t have any discharge too. I don’t know what is this. But I need this to be treated. Need help.
The white dots are Fordyce glands and they can make the skin feel rough. The dark patches are quite normal…I can see that you have very black hair and its just the same pigment but in your skin. Do you wash your vulva a lot or wear nylon or polyester pants?It may just be over washing that is causing the itchiness or an allergy to the material. Just wash in plain lukewarm water …no soap or body wash etc and wear 100% cotton pants.You can try some coconut oil on your vulva at night . The vulva is self cleaning and doesnt normally need any harsh washing. If that doesnt help after 2 weeks come back to this page. maybe others can give their opinions.
