Hey guys i was wondering if any of you have experienced this or had success treating it. So basically i have GERD/LPR/ extraesophageal reflux, whatever you want to call it. The thing is my eyes, teeth, ears and throat are in constant pain. i've been prescribed special flouride toothpaste to help protect my teeth from decay because the acid is reaching my mouth. ive taken PPis like omeprazole but they dont stop reflux they actually make it worse, the only thing that does help is sodium alginate/gaviscon. The main problem is with my eyes they're going a light shade of yellowish on the bottom half. My eyes sting, burn and they go dry and gritty usually after meals. i've used eye drops, gels, ointments but nothing is taking the dryness away. ive also been getting light sensitivity. Are there any special eye drops to help with this? ive read there are eye drop that have sodium alginate in them??
