Hi has anyone who has taken mirtazapine Eyesight worsend. I had a test 5 months ago and there blurry again. Someone told me it could be the meds
My eyesight has definitely gotten worse from meds. I actually have an eye appointment tomorrow. I’m pretty sure it is a side effect from the meds. Hoping it will pass! Good luck.
Yeah just seems like its getting worse really fast since ive started taking them. And the opticians wont see me till july because ive had a eye test recently. Hope you get yours sorted. đź–’
Also, as you probably know, once you have a problem we tend to hyper focus on it, which makes it worse. Wouldn’t hurt to touch base with your GP so they are aware of what’s going on.
Yeah your not wrong there lol. I spoke to the gp today got to go see them wednesday.
Last time I went to my gp I had a list of about 15 things that were wrong with me. Im probably down to about 5 or 6 now. Anxiety is a crazy thing. I went to my eye doctor today. My eyes haven’t changed that much, so he said he would think my blurry vision is a side effect from the meds or the anxiety itself. How long have you been on your meds. Hopefully your side effects subside soon.
Ive been on them for a year now. When i first started them i was sleeping aleast 13 14 hours a day. No other side effects but last 5 6 months i noticed the eyes playing up. You had any other side effects with them
